The purpose of the El Dorado (Merchants') Business Owners' Association is to provide the local community as well as travelers passing through El Dorado with a distinctive shopping, dining and visiting experience. The Association is committed to enhancing the public image of the downtown by ensuring overall safety, upgrading the environment with particular emphasis on landscape, signage, and recreational venues.
